OhioHealth's Community Outreach Programs take healthcare outside hospital
walls. Our programs serve everyone from expectant mothers to senior citizens in
places including homes, churches, schools and a mobile clinic.
Community Outreach provides a variety of programs and services to high-risk
populations within our community. Through our collaborative approach, our
registered nurses, dieticians, nurse-midwives, social workers, and other support
personnel help to support community health.
Funding is always needed to run community programs such as ours. When you
make a gift to support the Community Outreach Program, you become an important
partner in ensuring that more people have access to high-quality, convenient and
timely healthcare and wellness initiatives.
Priority areas for Community Outreach include:
- Children's Health
- Ethnic Health Services
- Pregnancy and Parenting
- Vaccinations and Screenings
