Cancer Services

At Riverside, we diagnose and treat nearly 60 types of cancers. Our patients have the support of 160 physicians in 20 specialties who are actively involved in cancer care; and they have access to the latest technologies, research and therapies for treatment, management of side effects, support and survivorship.

With a full complement of compassionate cancer care, our patients benefit from our focus on holistic care.  It is a care model that is enriched by knowledgeable dieticians, social workers, rehabilitation therapists and healing art therapists all trained to support the special needs of cancer patients and their families.

Heart Care

Our patients benefit from the full continuum of cardiovascular care from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation at the McConnell Heart Hospital at Riverside and the McConnell Heart Health Center.

As a longtime leader in innovation and applied technology, Riverside has performed more than 35,000 open heart surgeries since 1972. Last year alone, Riverside provided more than 52,000 heart-related services to patients throughout central Ohio and the region.

Women's Health

It is this level of care and professionalism that enabled Riverside's nurses to achieve Magnet Status from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2006.
