Vestibular & Balance Therapy

  • To work with my highly trained therapist to treat my BPPV without an invasive procedure
  • To understand the serious effect my symptoms have on even simple activities, such as getting out of bed or turning my head
  • To learn how specific exercises can eliminate or significantly reduce my dizziness and get me back to my daily life

Herdman-certified vestibular therapists use body positioning exercises and balance retraining to help patients that suffer from vertigo, dizziness, balance and  other similar conditions without invasive procedures.  In addition, they educate patients on fall prevention strategies. On average, studies show 93% of clients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) can be treated and cured within one to two treatments using positional maneuvers.1
