Vitality: Weight Management and Lifestyle Change

Vitality: Weight Management and Lifestyle Change

Participants in VITALITY will work with an Exercise Physiologist, Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator, and Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach to develop and reinforce healthy behaviors for a lifetime. The 12-week program is for people with moderate to significant weight loss needs or other non-cardiac health conditions that can be positively affected by healthy lifestyle changes. Included in the program:

  • Program Design at the beginning and end of program (2 total)
  • One 30-minute personal training session per week (10 total)
  • One progress check with an Exercise Physiologist per week (10 total)
  • One nutrition consultation with a Registered Dietician per month (3 total)
  • One initial lifestyle coaching session and 5 follow-up sessions (3 total)
